Our 3 Strikes Policy is designed to enforce safe and responsible riding. Non-compliance with our rules initially leads to re-education programs designed to help the rider improve their adherence to riding and parking rules and to become a safer, more considerate rider.
However, continued non-compliance results in suspensions and eventually a permanent ban.
Serious offences bypass the 3 Strikes Policy and result in an immediate ban on riding. These include: riding against the flow of traffic, riding in the middle of a road, riding whilst under the influence of alcohol and the destruction of private and public property.
Our Safety Coaches live, work and play in your city. You’ll find them on your streets 24/7, ready to answer your questions on how to Beam safely. Come up and say hello!
